Prices exclude VAT. German domestic sales carry 19%. Cross-border B2C follows OSS rules above the €10,000 EU threshold. B2B buyers with a VIES-valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% under the reverse charge.

Yes. The shop is open to adult consumers buying for personal use, and the wholesale programme is for businesses with a registered company and, where applicable, a VAT number. Prices, invoicing and returns rules differ between the two tracks.
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
25 pieces per SKU, or 50 for consumables such as e-liquid and coils. Cartons of different flavours of the same product count toward the same tier, so you are not forced to buy one flavour deep to reach a better price.
How is VAT handled on a cross-border trade order?
If you supply a valid VAT number that passes VIES validation, we invoice at 0% under the reverse charge and you account for the VAT in your own country. We store the validation result and timestamp as evidence. Without a valid number the order is invoiced as B2C at the applicable rate.
Which countries do you not ship to?
We do not ship to countries where the product category is prohibited, and we maintain a restricted-country list that is applied at checkout. The current list is published on the shipping and restricted countries page.
How fast is delivery, and who pays the shipping?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave Berlin the same day. Delivery inside the EU normally takes 2–4 working days and is tracked. Retail orders over €75 ship free; trade orders over €750 net ship free, otherwise €24.90 per shipment.
Can I return products?
Private customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but sealed nicotine products that have been opened are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons — this is stated on every product page. Faulty goods are always replaced or refunded. Trade orders are governed by the terms agreed on the account. Full detail is in the returns policy.
How do you verify age?
Entry requires a date of birth, not a tick box, and the check is repeated at checkout. Delivery carriers may ask for photo ID on the doorstep for first orders. Trade accounts are additionally verified through company and VAT registration.
